MyShopper service is available to all members Most India merchants and online retailers are set up to accommodate International shoppers, but at times our members will encounter a India retailer that:

  • Only accepts India credit cards and/or a India billing address

  • Requires payment through Net Banking

  • Won’t accept payment by check

  • Does not have International Shipping service

Fortunately, the MyShopper service removes these obstacles, giving you access to more of the products the India has to offer!

How the Process Works:

  • Simply provide our MyShopper team with your order information, and they will purchase the items for you.

  • Pay with the default Vertual Wallet on your MyShopnShip account, or add Deposit to pay for your order. You will also be charged a small MyShopper processing fee.

No. Once your Personal Shopper order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed. But you can raise the ticket immediately before our team process your order for any update or cancel.

Yes. MyShopper Team is happy to place your personalized or customized orders. Because these types of orders require additional time and attention, there is an additional $2 fee for processing a personalized or customized MyShopper order.

MyShopper will return any orders in accordance with the seller’s return policy. The member is responsible for all return shipping fees. Your MyShopper account will be credited once the vendor receives the returned Courier package and we have confirmed the refund.

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click the MyShopper link at the Left tab of the page, and place the order.
  • Copy and paste the product URL found on the store’s product page into the Personal Shopper order form and click Add.
  • Verify the product information is correct, provide any details (size, color, etc.) not automatically filled in, and click Add to Cart.
  • From Your Shopping Cart, select Continue Shopping to add more items, or Checkout to complete the order.
  • From the Shopper History page, check the status.
  • Make sure you have funds in your Virtual Wallet , for delays your order process , once sufficient funds available your order will be processed by MyShopper Team.
  • We will identify ourselves to the seller as your representative, and purchase the merchandise using our India credit/Debit card, NetBanking account or other methods. Your MyShopper account is billed for the actual cost of the purchase plus a Personal Shopper service fee.
  • Your Personal Shopper purchase will arrive at MyShopper like any other order, ready for shipment. It couldn’t be easier!
  • You will be updated by email once your order is completed by MyShopper Team and you can view the same in the International Shopper History.
